Materials

Wave springs are generally made of spring steel 65Mn (or 60Si2MnA, 50CrVA, 0Cr17Ni7Al, SUS304), and can also be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloy, super alloy steel and other materials. The product will be heat treated by a specific method, and the hardness is generally controlled between HRC44-55. Surface treatment methods include black boiling (bluing), phosphating, electroplating (chrome plating), electrophoresis, etc.
